WODES 2022 16th IFAC Workshop on Discrete Event Systems takes place at Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics (CIIRC CTU), a university institute of the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU). One of the main objectives of the CIIRC is to integrate information, cybernetic research & education at the CTU. CIIRC CTU opens its doors to experts from home and abroad who can become a part of the CIIRC CTU team or cooperate with it.
CIIRC CTU is located at CTU Campus in Dejvice. CTU is one of the largest and oldest technical universities in Europe. According to Methodology 2017+, CTU occupies first place in the rankings for technical universities in the Czech Republic. Currently, CTU has eight faculties: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, and Information Technology. There are over 18,000 students studying at the university.
