Submission

All papers must be submitted electronically via the PaperCept Conference Management System.

Format and submission guidelines

Please follow the instructions at the IFAC webpage IFAC Author Guide when preparing your paper. For the purpose of review only, manuscripts up to eight (8) page long in the standard two-column conference format will be considered. However, the normal length for the final manuscript is limited to six (6) pages. Papers exceeding the normal length may be submitted upon payment of over-length page charges for each page in excess of six. A maximum of two extra pages above the normal six are permitted.

Recent journal papers session

interested authors of recently published/accepted journal papers may present their papers at WODES 2022Proposals for presentations should be sent via email to wodes2022@math.cas.czThere is no restriction on journals, but the topic should be strongly related to WODESThe proposal should contain complete bibliographic information about the paper and its abstract in case of too many proposals selection is based on first come first served basis up to exceptions (off topics etc.)There will be no review process and publication in the Proceedings

Special sessions proposal

Proposals for special sessions are submitted through PaperCept following the link for the Invited Session proposal. The proposal for a special session should also be sent by the organizers to the IPC Chairs via email to wodes2022@math.cas.cz and should include:

  • Title of the session and keywords
  • Names, affiliations and contact addresses of the organizers, including email addresses
  • Description and aim of the proposed session
  • Titles of the contributions, together with the names and contact addresses of the contributing and committed authors.

Special sessions papers

They must also be submitted through PaperCept following the link for invited papers. When submitting a special session paper the authors should specify the session code that has been sent to them by the session organizers.
