Dear WODES 2022 Participants and Speakers,
We are pleased to meet you in person at the WODES 2022 conference that takes place on 6-8 September 2022 in Prague, Czech Republic.
We would like to share with you some practical information related to your participation at the conference.

Start of the Event:
For those who registered to join Welcome Drink on Tuesday
6 September 2022
Please arrive at the conference venue before 7 pm, use the first entrance – CIIRC CTU Building A1 (with the fountain) and search for the glass lift just on the right. The navigation will guide you to the 10th floor. The welcome reception will take place there.
Currently, no additional registration for this part of the program is possible.

Start of the lectures on Wednesday
7 September 2022:
Please arrive at the conference venue between 8:30 and 8:50 am and use the second entrance from the square – to the CIIRC CTU Building B1 – there is the main gate with a gatehouse (next to the first entrance to the Building A with the reception/ front desk and fountain).
Just in front of the gate, walk to the right through the glass corridor – the marking will navigate you to the entrance to the Testbed Control Room. The program starts with the first plenary lecture there.
Note: The tickets for public transport can be bought via the mobile app on: https://app.pidlitacka.cz/
There are two parallel tracks (sessions):
All presentations from Track 1 take place in room A-303. The navigation will guide you to the Building A. Next to the front desk/ reception, you can always choose from two lifts (incl. the glass lift) and simply go to the 3rd floor of the building.
All presentations from Track 2 take place in Testbed Control Room, i.e. the same room where the plenary sessions are (Building B, Ground Floor).
Summary for Speakers
- For better organisation and compliance with the time schedule, we kindly ask all speakers to provide the presentations and slides in advance.
- Please name the presentation as <code of your contribution>_<name of the presenter>.
Example: WeAT2.3_ Li Yuting - Please upload your presentation (a zipped archive if you need to upload more files such as videos) to our upload server through a link provided to you directly via e-mail. Please upload you files no later than 5 September 2022, 23:59 CET.
- If you prefer sharing your slides via a file-transfer service (WeTransfer, Google Drive etc.), please send us the link to the file via wodes2022@ciirc.cvut.cz no later than 4 September 2022.
- For speakers who cannot attend the conference in person for serious reasons, we have opened the possibility to present their papers online. In this case, please let us know via wodes2022@ciirc.cvut.cz no later than 4 September 2022.
Please note that we will require a five-minute test of your connection during Monday, 5 September 2022.
For those who registered for Prague Tour on Friday 9 September 2022:
The meeting point will be at 9:30 am in front of the CIIRC CTU Building A (with the fountain). The bus will take the group to the start of the sightseeing route.
Fee of EUR 20 – will be collected before departure to the city centre in cash.
After the end of the tour, you can continue individually and walk through the city centre as you wish. No bus transfer back to CIIRC CTU will be organized.
